Qiqirn (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is a crafting companion tool for Final Fantasy XI. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Authentication

We use Google Sign-In (via Clerk) to authenticate users. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We use this information solely to identify your account within the app.

• Your saved favorites and crafting preferences within the app
• Crafting-related data you provide, such as character names and skill levels

Your data is used exclusively to:

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to you through your authenticated session.

Data Storage

Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon. Authentication is managed by Clerk. Both services maintain their own privacy and security practices.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will remove all personal data associated with your account.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
